So... we should've kept Stellini? Or Conte? What should Levy have done today?
Well he could at least announce he will no longer be involved in any footballing matters and will now only work on financial/commercial issues.

That's essentially two different arguments though - I don't blame him and he's not going anywhere anyway. I do think that he's totally to blame but I agree that he's not going anywhere. No, I'm just not flinging my poo around. I thought this was a forum for discussion, not a circle jerk Levy hating forum. We work with what we've got and he's still the owner.
I'm not excusing him, but I don't hold him responsible when 11 well played, experienced and capable footballers play like wankers, and no amount of complaining by me is going to force Levy to step down.
It does feel like the buck is being passed again
Agreed, but what choice did he have? Keep Stellini after that show? Not a chance - imagine the reception next match when he walks out. Would've been horrific.
As said, bit of a lose/lose, but changes have been made and, hell, at this stage I'm just along for the ride to the end of this season, start over next year.
also i like ryan mason and think he has a big career ahead of him, but: 'Ryan knows the club and the players well' is literally the last thing we need. bring someone external in, freshen it up, some new ideas and no historic biases in terms of selection and tactics, even if it is for a short period of time.
I don’t dispute that,
But we have had a continuous shit show for 5 years, and his the guy in charge (levy)
No direction
No plan
Yet the people below him keep getting sacked
He's obviously going to take full responsibility......What's he gonna do if United or Liverpool slaughter us too? Genuinely quite interested actually..
Agreed, it's frustrating but, think of it from his perspective - just looking at Jose & Conte as they are great examples, given plenty of money to spend, signed a fair number of capable players, and both have come up short. I don't think Levy would've scuttled his own club by deliberately preventing signings (and I don't recall either accusing him of that) and I don't hear either of them saying he interfered in the football side of things, did they?
Conte's parting shots were really vague, I'd like to have seen a proper interview with him, gloves off, explaining a bit more detail about the situation, but we never got that and it could've really answered a lot of the questions that the fans had been asking for a while...
Considering Munn doesn't officially start until the summer we have nobody else to run the football matters do we?Well he could at least announce he will no longer be involved in any footballing matters and will now only work on financial/commercial issues.
Yeah I know but thought I could steal some of the funny for myself.
