Daniel Levy is not the only party in this. Kane basically downed tools (and was not great for a good portion of that season) to try and force the club to accept a low ball offer from Man City and then had no intention of signing a new deal, and genuinely, I don't think any sort of success or not would have changed that. That Neville interview was slap in the face to any spurs fan and that soured my view on him from then, no matter how "professional" he has been, its his job to play football, its not as if he did it for free.

Daniel Levy has to take responsibility for many many things, appointing the wrong managers, not backing the managers when he appointed them, all that is fair criticism (although the term Hate/leech/parasite thrown at him is way over the top and indicative of the world we live in now) but there is no outcome here where he wins, he loses if he sells him, he loses if doesn't sell him and he doesn't sign and swans off next season, which what would have happened.

My view, I support Tottenham Hotspur football club, I am lucky to have seen us win two trophies since I started supporting this club, I have seen us be utter dog shit as a team with terrible terrible players and I have seen us be amazing and challenge, but my stance doesn't change regardless of what stage we are at, and what players at the club.

I don't dream of him coming back as if we are some side chick that he can go off and bang a load of hotties and then come back to us for his dinner and a hot shower.

He's decided to jump ship, bed, made, lie.
Yeah I find this different to the Bale thing. He left to have a whole career with Madrid. I was happy to see him back after, what, 7 years away? I can't see myself feeling the same if Kane comes back in three.

Anyhoo, that's all hypothetical. Is there a match thread yet? Can't see one. Feel like getting over there and supporting Ange and the players who will be wearing our colours on Sunday.

I see a few people saying Levy has done well here with the fee etc. He has only done well if we get good quality, established replacements. Getting Fati and Schuurs is the total opposite. Fati has Ledley knees and Schuurs doesnt really fit Ange's system.

Why are we not going to get our first choice CB now -Tapsoba? Juve say Vlahovic would be available for about £60mill too. We should be spending the money and some extra on those 2 and actually improving the first 11. There is 0 ambition under this ownership.

If Levy brings in Schuurs and Fati then he can fuck off to Germany with Kane as far as I am concerned.

Thank god for Ange because if we didn't have him and right now I dread to think how little I'd care about the new season.

I hope he has taken all this nonsense in his stride.

Love Kane so much and even I can see it’s now time to move on. Back Ange with all of the money on players in whatever way he sees fit and get behind him. And let’s get behind the team completely. This is the start of a new era. Onwards and upwards.
COYS! 🤍

A few weeks ago it seemed like many (most?) Was allright selling him and rebuild. The main issue is the season literally starts today and we'll lose our best player. Any potential replacements will also take time to bed in.

Levy basically derailing the start of our season to maximise short term profit.

If this all happened a month ago there would be a lot less back backlash.

There are always good deals to be had. Brighton prove this every year. Muani was free a year ago. VDV cost 3 mill a little over a year ago. Etc etc.
Sure, but you don’t need to sell Kane to do those deals.

My point is that Kane is world class, proven talent. The money we’re getting for him doesn’t get proven talent.

honestly not mad at ansu fati if we go that route
He’s a good player but we don’t just sign players for the sake of it! It’s what we have been doing and look what happened!

We need to ship out about 10-15 first team players and sign 2 of real quality IMO. A top CB (or a Top Prospect like A Silva) and a top striker like Vlahovic! But we know that won’t be happening don’t we 🤬

We should 100% get Vlahovic now before someone else saves him from the football terrorist called Allegri.

If we don’t get some decent reinforcements in, we’re in with the Villas and Brightons of this world (we probably already are) All the names we’re being linked with are massively underwhelming as well

Not to mention all the links to players people wanted (Tapsoba, Muani) totally dried up. Let’s see how it unfolds I guess.

But if his chick had offered him sex every night for ten years? We all have needs that need to be sated.
It’s different for supporters we cannot go and find another chick.
