I hope they are taking some of our deadwood and dross!Loans could be part of this. Being talked about but not in the way you are thinking.
I tend to agree but also appreciate @Ghost Hardware 's viewpoint on the standard of the league and whether it's best suited for where Veliz and Scarlett are in their respective development. That would be absolutely ideal. Think Gent would be a fantastic loan for either of those two.
Should take about 3 weeks to re iew our options then we think about negotiating then...... oh dear transfer window closes, we hsve been here before lol.Romano saying we have been following Orban and asked what a potential deal would be bud but haven’t put in an offer yet. We have also apparently been following Jonathan David for a good long while but haven’t made any moves for him.
With the Dusan news it does really sound like we are weighing up all our options.
If it's good enough for us to notice players we would bid for, then it's good enough to develop other youngsters to get them to that point. I'd rather they play week in week out in front of big crowds in the Juliper pro league for instance, than be bench options in the championshipI tend to agree but also appreciate @Ghost Hardware 's viewpoint on the standard of the league and whether it's best suited for where Veliz and Scarlett are in their respective development.
Guess i'm just wary of the due diligence we've done previously when we've come to loaning out talent.
I can’t remember if it was dependant on Kane staying. I remember POK saying us looking at him wasn’t linked to the Kane deal. I dunno if any of the ITK’s said he wouldn’t get loaned out if Kane left.I thought that was if Kane stayed?
Again I can't necessarily disagree but does underline my point about the securing the right club for loaning our talent out.If it's good enough for us to notice players for potential purposes then it's good enough to develop other youngsters to get them to that point. Don't think ITK said that, I reckon a loan would only be to facilitate another deal for example to Juventus in order to obtain Vlahovic.Didn’t the ITK’s say the plan was to buy him and loan him out again?
Not sure about Veliz, but Gent would be a great loan for Scarlett imo. We need to send him somewhere where he can get on a decent goalscoring streak. Then if he does well send him to the Netherlands or France. European football also means more chance of a game. Sometimes, I don't think the cut and thrust of the Championship is the best league for a player's development.Interesting - I think it would be sensible to send Veliz (or even Scarlett) the other way if there's interest on Gent's part
If I was to guess, send thrm VelizLoans could be part of this. Being talked about but not in the way you are thinking.
Not sure it's in the nature of a lot of Prem managers nowadays. Brentford and possibly Villa are the best sides in the league that aren't ultra attacking. He better get use to it because a lot more teams will be sitting deep against us.

He liked one of our posts last week and it got me over-excited. I'm not falling for it again.Ooooh! Promising...I think
