Got to feel sorry for Matip there. Not sure we deserved a win. We were very flat and Liverpool defended really really well. But that’s football and it’s about time we had some luck against them.

It took extraordinary good luck to finally beat these twats. Today has shown that our squad depth is utterly woeful and that we desperately need a top-quality attacking signing in January.
