Looks really promising. I done my hamstring and couldn’t walk. However a few days later I was fine. You will pull up the same way regardless of the grade imo.

I'm so confused by this. I was expecting him to be strapped up or on crutches or crawling on hands and knees... anything but walking around unaided with a smile on his face. I guess it's just a single image so he could've been limping like a bastard but this certainly doesn't look like a player about to embark on a months-long recovery...
