Forget the champ lge, they are nowhere near good enough. Arsenal would beat them comfortably.I agree, particularly as there are only a few champions league games to go.

Harry was instrumental in us sacking Poch and getting Jose. He wanted a "winner".Harry will demand a move very quick if Jose turns up at BM.
This, he really wants to play for a 'winner' manager, except his picks are about as good as his choice in agents.Harry was instrumental in us sacking Poch and getting Jose. He wanted a "winner".
Tuchel has been in two CL finals since Dortmund, winning once in 2021.This, he really wants to play for a 'winner' manager, except his picks are about as good as his choice in agents.
Tuchel has had a patchy record since Dortmund.
Look, it's hard to say with certainty on an unknown. But in one off cup games and in a final, Mourinho might still be the master.Forget the champ lge, they are nowhere near good enough. Arsenal would beat them comfortably.
Can't be just throwing facts around like that, mate.Tuchel has been in two CL finals since Dortmund, winning once in 2021.
Mourinho has not been in a CL final since 2010.
I have a feeling he might wait for an international job now, as you say, in one off knock out games he probably still fancies himself to win most of them with how he sets up.Look, it's hard to say with certainty on an unknown. That's fair enough, he's a good tactician but he hasn't built a dominant team recently considering all the resources he's had available. I'm not saying he's terrible but he's a level below the likes of Guardiola, Klopp, AncelottiTuchel has been in two CL finals since Dortmund, winning once in 2021.

Kane seems to prefer managers that are knobheads for some reason. As with most things, I blame Charlie.
As a general rule, the best players hardly ever make the best coaches or managers. That applies to all sports, as far as I can tell.Maybe it’s a bit similar to the best player doesn’t necessarily = best manager. Players can have incredible football intelligence on the pitch but can be clueless about the best way to run a club.
I would agree. An exception would be Zidane (my favourite player if all time) although it’s hard to judge how good a manager he is currently. As a general rule, the best players hardly ever make the best coaches or managers. That applies to all sports, as far as I can tell.

I suppose Tim Sherwood would be another notable exceptionJohan Cruyff would be an exception but I also agree, very few exceptional players make exceptional managers.
And I suppose it’s not surprising. Why should they? There’s not much correlation between the physical skills needed to be a top player and the managerial skills needed to be a top manager.
But I do suspect Harry would make a decent manager. But I don’t think he has that spark that would put him at the top.

Xabi Alonso's looking good currently.Johan Cruyff would be an exception but I also agree, very few exceptional players make exceptional managers.

Don’t think he’s got the personality for it. On the Amazon doc he was nowhere near the personality of Lloris when they were captains.Johan Cruyff would be an exception but I also agree, very few exceptional players make exceptional managers.

Pep wasn't a bad player either!Xabi Alonso's looking good currently.

We gave Kane too much, to try to keep him here and happy and it turned out detrimental to the club.Wasn't he also a lead role in getting Jose sacked in the end also?
