    The ousting of Daniel (COYS)

To be fair, the thread was brought up again by someone looking to mock those who don't like Levy.

Well if Ange and the players are talking about aiming to challenge for the league, I personally think it is a little unrealistic but time will tell.

Well I would like some more focus on trying to win the cup competitions or the Europe League or ECL when we are in it. I used to support Levy but I think it became clear when we tried to join the ESL he only cares about the money.

I apologise for misrepresenting what you said. Are you ok to clarify what the squad is challenging for? Do you mean for the league title?

I apologise for the previous comment, it was a dick thing to say. As per my previous post, I think Levy has told Ange the league cup isn't a priority and to concentrate on the league. I don't think Levy actively doesn't want us to win the cups (I am sure he would be pleased if we did) but he...

I don't think Levy has told anyone to deliberately lose a game but it wouldn't surprise me if Levy said the league cup isn't a priority and to focus on the league and Ange has followed that and used the game as @funkycoldmedina suggested.

So it is fine when he mocks what other say but it is bad form when I do it back? As a serious response to his point, I imagine he would have probably told Ange what the club's priorities before the season started and it was reflected in the team. Why not put out the weakened side in the league...

Why? I don't see why it has to.

I don't know Daniel, did you?

The club certainly isn't prioritising them. I think it was evidenced by the team we put out for Fulham game in the league cup

Think of the prize money we would have won!

Well Arsenal and Liverpool have also focused on cup competitions enough to win them, it seems fairly clear we prioritise our league finish over any cup competition we are in. When do you think the club to be in a position compete with teams like Arsenal and Liverpool?

What do you think we have been doing for the last ten years?

    The ousting of Daniel (COYS)

Why can't we repeat the success Arsenal and Liverpool have had? and yes I would prefer football success compared to passing PSR checks.

    The ousting of Daniel (COYS)

I think it does as it shows the main focus of his role will be the financial success of the club rather than the football success.
