    Pats are massively devoid of talent so would probably be advisable to trade out and accumulate picks but failing that, build the trenches and keep Maye upright!

    I wonder if the Falcons entertained any offers from the Vikings to trade up but ultimately, the two that would have looked to have gone in for Penix was the Broncos and Raiders - they could have accumulated more picks and still got their man to sit behind Cousins. A headscratcher indeed from...

    Thought he would have gone to the Packers if i'm honest over Jordan Morgan but agreed, he'll be snapped up early 2nd round.

    So Falcons picking Penix was not on my radar at all but that move forced Broncos hand into picking Nix first round and as such we'll likely look to pick up Rattler in say the 4th round. As it happens, surprised Bowers dropped to us and personally think we might have gone Fuaga or...

    Looks pretty reasonable that (and i've done and read plenty!). All said and done, I do wonder whether we get a QB (or two) that slides out of the 1st round much like Levis last year. Bronco's have considerable need across the board but admittedly Payton surely won't be relying on just Wilson...

    Nabers or Odunze are far from consolation prizes if choosing a WR is the order of the day nor would going for Bowers who would be a great addition for the Chargers.

    Could feasibly be 6 QB's taken by 13 (us). Unfortunately Vikings well positioned to trump whatever offer we can make to jump up should a Daniels or Maye fall but clearly the dream for the Raiders would be Daniels reuniting with Antonio Pierce.

    The Managerial Merry-go-round

    The best thing for the new management team would be cashing in on a ginormous Saudi bid for Salah. On the decline and Slot (or whoever) will want to stamp their own mark on the squad and not have the relics of Klopp's regime around regardless of how well they have performed in the last 5 years.

    The Managerial Merry-go-round

    Fascinating to see how Slot will fare in this league playing a similar brand of football to us but goes without saying, massive shoes to fill at Liverpool. Really wouldn't want to be the guy post Klopp but undoubtedly it's an opportunity I don't think he could realistically pass up.

    Player Watch: Bryan Gil

    Could be most beneficial here striking an accord with Feyenoord over Gil as there would be a few players in return that could do a job here (outside of the obvious in Gimenez) in Geertruida, Wieffer and (to a lesser extent now due to injury) Hartman. Conversely think it would be a great move...

    The Summer 2024 scouting thread

    You are indeed correct, was not aware he recently suffered a cruciate injury so yes on that basis you'd absolutely want to monitor how he fares in the second half of the Eredivisie next season.

    I'd say we'd be well worth our while looking at Quilindschy Hartman from Feyenoord. Similar system under Slot who can play inverted full back so shouldn't have difficulties adapting to the demands of Ange and being able competition for Udogie;

    @Ghost Hardware you mentioned this player before and whilst not ready for next season but as a long term prospect to nurture at DM then we should also be looking at Ayyoub Bouaddi who looks another prodigious talent coming off the Lille conveyor belt; Would be a transfer and loan back you...
