If you look at the latest comments he said that the club won't be offering him a new contract so he'll stay until his contract expires. So he's basically said he'll be leaving, but that he'll be staying for as long as he can.

To be fair before this season he was mainly used as a sub as he wasn't good enough to start. He's still better against clubs that actually look to play though. He's got three against Man City this season, one against us, and he was excellent against Liverpool last week.
If Levy gets around the £20M he wanted then we haven't done too badly out of this. We've probably saved around £15M on wages over the last couple of years as he stayed on a lower wage rather than matching Harry's earnings. That's a large part of the cost of Lo Celso paid off.
