    Why Modric?. The other three have been doubts all week. If ths is the case then it's Gallas, Pienaar, VDV and Sandro who will come in. With the exception of Pienaar, not too bad replacements.

    My concern surrounding Livermore, is that when he gets his opportunity, whether that is here at Spurs or at various loans, he never takes them. Why has he never excelled on loan? He struggled to get a game at Leeds and Ipswich, which would start to ring alarm bells with me.
