I just want to thank everyone on here. Whatever happens happens but this has been my best message board experience of all time and seriously wouldn't want to spend my night with anyone else, it's 2am over here and honestly might just call out of work in the morning depending on what happens to go to the tottenham bar out here and get really really drunk hahah

So are Dybala, GLC, Bale, Coutinho and Fernandes all on planes in a holding pattern around Stansted or something?

They're going to get two fighter jet escorts each and will have a dogfight over Enfield. Last one flying gets the contract.

Considering what we did for Soldado and Jansens career I’m not sure you can categorically state that

Yeah perhaps you're right - can't say 'categorically'.
But what i meant was, if we get Dybala then he'll almost certainly play (a lot) and in a creative position, which is what he seems to want.
So i'm saying the opportunity for him to do well and showcase his skills is there.
Soldado and Janssen were never really guaranteed any major playing time.

Whose to say the plane isn't bound for Manchester with Mandzukic?? And then if it does land does it then head to London to drop off...

JJ definitely seems confident so I am confident. That said, if it falls apart now I don't think I will ever be the same man again

I wouldn't put much credence into Sky if they try to play it down. Unless some major changes (either good or bad) they'll say whatever will keep people on the hook. So, right now, they know we're all wanting news on Dybala so by saying 'difficult' it keeps people watching longer.

Crackers on Twitter:-

Ok
From a source working on the image rights legals.
Very complicated to get sorted by 5pm
Could well be 4.59pm & hope the fax machine is working

Hopefully it's a bit of exaggeration for show as the source would have known Crackers will be on Talksport for TDD.

The question is whether we could legally get the deal done with agreement for the image rights pending.

That has the possibility of next level physiological torture, even by Spurs fans standards.

Sign him on deadline day pending image rights agreement. Deal off by Saturday.

If everything is agreed in principle, you can submit a deal sheet any time between 3pm-5pm, you are then granted an extension until 7pm to get all the paperwork finished.
