Can't wait for Ndombele and Celso to settle into the team. No more Sissoko
Still trying to fight the urge to get into the car, head over to North London, go up to Sissoko, and shout " FOR. FUCKS. SAKE!!" into his face.
Problem @Grapo2001 ?

Edit: the bit before the quote was something I typed, then backspaced, as it was unfair.

Bloody browser kept it in the cache and I didn't realise I'd posted it. Doh.

What are you on about? When you're playing football at that speed, you don't really check who you're passing to.

Sissoko was in the best position.

Okay clearly I haven't read the room because I was joking, also just looked back at the dive and it wasn't as bad as I initially thought, sokratis 2 hands in the back but Kane is looking for it all day and his falling over technique is the same everytime, the refs are gonna read that all day.

He looks clueless because our tactics aren't set up to give him chances. You'd think we would build our side around the best no.9 in the world, but no.
Sorry, I just disagree. Today against scums we were given PLENTY of space behind. You just look at Kane position today and the Kane a few years back. He just seemed to be in two minds now. Is he going to attack and draw away the defenders or is he going to stay a bound back and help with Son or Lamela?

His reaction time is sooo slow now in jumping for the balls is as if he's 32. The bulk he built has made him lost his mobility.

A quicker Kane will run the scums riot today with the space offered to him. A quicker Kane will know how to bully those slow and old defenders in Luiz and Socratis.

I didn't think the penalty was a penalty but Kane had no choice but to go down
The ball was too close to him and the defender was on top of him he wasn't in control and he moved a step to the right
Not enough for me

I mean the one that wasn't a penalty

Stank the place out again second half and were very lucky to get away with a point once again. We’d be in the drop zone if it wasn’t for VAR.

Fantastic game to watch for neutrals, classic Premier League. Let's see how many points other teams take from Man City and Arse away. Newcastle apart, think we'd take this start

Beat Newcastle and it’s a good start, without a doubt. As it is, it’s closer to poor than good. In terms of expected results, we’re a point down from what people would have expected. ( beat Villa and Toon, lose the two away )

Well he very nearly scored our third and worked his bollocks off all game actually.

Yeah he works really hard and it looks good when he runs through players, but if your wondering why we aren’t controlling games, and why our buildup play is generally fucking atrocious, look no further.

Arsenal really aren’t very good apart from the front 2/3. We really should have beaten them but we continually shoot ourselves in the foot. Sanchez at RB was a bizarre choice. What has he ever shown that makes Poch think he is capable of playing there?
Despite being disappointed with result I still come away comforted by fact that we are better than them and think we will come above them.

We should have been pushing forward more

Much as it pains me to say it, that was the game where I am seriously starting to question Poch for the first time.

That was Harry Redknapp lottery football at it's finest, to coin a phrase from the erstwhile BC.

A couple of things were very clear to everyone very early on (and before kick off for most to be fair) except for Poch seemingly.

We had no control in the middle of the park whatsoever. Sissoko and Winks just does not work yet Poch persists with it.

Sanchez was comically out of his depth at right back (putting him in there in the first place smacks of Poch being too clever by half), again nothing was changed.

Also, even Jamie 'shit for brains' Redknapp has noticed that we don't put anyone on the edge of the 18 yard box for corners, mind boggling.

We were lucky to get away with a point. On the positive side I think we will take them apart at the Lane with our new signings bedded in, they are so fucking average, front 3 aside.
