The guy looks genuinely in pain and don’t want to sound insensitive but was that a red card offence? It’s almost as the ref decided for the red after seeing Gomes in pain...

Hugely unlucky, nasty injury but not a red card. Atkinson was right with the yellow.

The ref pulled out a yellow straight after the challenge and then got out a red after he saw Gomes leg.

Think Son's challenge put him off balance. When he planted while off balance and before Serge came in i think his ankle just gave way.

Not a red but Son's challenge inadvertently led to the injury.
