With all the backroom staff gone, who is actually likely to take charge of training and the West Ham game?!

You would think we'd have the replacement all ready to go... you would hope, at least...

Harry Kane to pick the team, captain and do the half time talks :cautious:

Don't quite know how to react to this.
Love what Poch made us but our football has been bad for some time now (and pretty much always against bus Parkers)

But I will be livid if there is an immediate increase in running and effort from our players now as it will show that they have not been playing for Poch (the man that made most of them) and we could have another Chelsea dressing room situation on our hands where they just down tools when the going gets tough.

Also think a lot of these players'reputation has surpassed their ability and they may be in for a rude awakening if they think a change of manager will mean an improvement in their position.

Anyway good luck Poch with whatever you do in the rest of your career and thanks for the memories and for the first time as a Spurs fan going into games week in week out without fear and trepidation. (y)

Hopefully Levy is balls deep into announcing a replacement.

Thank you Mauricio, whatever happens in the future we'll always have this...

Weird how not many of the ITK's picked up on this, didn't realise how close we were to his sacking.

They didn’t when AVB went either. Nothing till afterwards. Probably only levy knows though doesn’t he. Can’t imagine news on that leaks out.

Fuck Mourinho. Fucking boring football. See what ManU fans thought about it. Chelsea fans love him for what he delivered but wanted him gone in the end. He might win us a trophy but he'll destroy us and end up leaving us with a load of shit players and broken dressing room after wasting £100m plus. Yeah Poch might have lost the dressing room and players need to leave but if you think our squad is fucked just wait and see what that prick does it.

Must be a new manager coming in imminently or else they would have appointed an interim for Saturday.

They may well have picked up on it but it's clearly very sensitive information which they possibly shared privately.

Harry Redknapp having his day on SSN, running his mouth off and going in about how many managers were approached when he was about to be sacked! Reckons Poch was practically off last summer!

Thanks Poch, it was inevitable given the results and I’m just glad we didn’t just drift until the summer, which seemed to be the way we were going.
take a year off Poch, get your mojo back.

Anyone listening to Harry Redknapp on Sky? He just said Spurs spoke to Ancelloti and Rodgers while he was still managing the club not long before we sacked him. Then he said Poch spoke to Man U last season and it was ‘all but done’ ?
