Their goalie is absolute dogshit. Which is exactly why he’ll have the game of his life

Line up shows what Poch was up against. No new signings ready to come in and impact. I wonder how different this season would have been if he had Lo Celso and Ndombele both ready to go from day one.

Not necessary... Players are allowed to want to leave... Well see him play and give his all shortly. His worn our shirt with pride and he will continue to do so when his chance comes.

agreed, but not in the way in which he's gone about it. you still need to be professional, and play to you ability and not put in 2/3 out of 10s every week. people have every right to be fucked off with him, had he of played in the way we know he can, every fan would had gievn him the grace of moving on. ... now he can fuck off.

The one thing to watch for early on is how Winks and Dier handle Noble/Rice/Snodgrass pressing them in the center of the pitch. Both Dier and Winks have been very erratic giving the ball away under any pressure this season. It's too bad Eriksen's form has fallen off, as we could use someone in the final third to show for the ball when others are under pressure in the first 20 minutes of this game.

guess Alli needs to drop in when we don’t have the ball and make it 3 v 3

He has been one of our 3 best players the last 2 seasons.
That’s the problem. All credit to him (Sissoko) but he shouldn’t be one of our 3 best players.

He isn’t good enough technically to be in that category. Still a good squad player and option but shouldn’t be near the starting line up if the others are up near their full form.

Will also be interesting how the players are set with our goalkicks

Mourinho hasnt managed a side that allows players inside the box
I'm just hoping the days of 11 players in the box when defending a corner are over. Always hated that even if we won the header we never had anyone outside the box to counter

That Kyle Martino on NBCSN is a right Muppet. The media always hated Spurs and throw Jose into the mix, well, it's like all their Christmases came together.

I like the team but what it looks like on paper is irrelevant. We are gonna know exactly how much they want to get themselves up the table in the first few mins of the game.

Time to get back to confident winning ways Spurs. I'm ready.

Joe Cole comes across as very knowledgeable just lacks the vocabulary

Not seen a huge amount of him being a pundit but I never got the opinion he was that knowledgeable tbh but that was a good tactical breakdown
