I wouldn’t want to be going to united if I was his tbh. Place has killed a bunch of players careers recently

IMO we were interested in Fernandes as a back up option to Lo Celso in the summer. GLC was our preferred option and we got him. We're just starting to see what he's capable of. Utd. have just shelled out over 20m more for our back up option than what we paid for our first choice. Fernandes is a good player but I think Man Utd have had their pants pulled down on this one.

>The deal is subject to a medical and the agreement of personal terms.

unlikely, but sounds like this can still go sideways?

What it does show is that those twats at Woodwards house have actually made an impact. Would have expected an announcement ONCE all those things were agreed, they have rushed the comms now to appease the fucktards.

Quite a sore sight seeing him in United jersey done deal.

But why is nobody making Woodward a laughing stock, when the amount he paid is I think was the same as, or maybe even more than, the amount Sporting would have originally demanded? ?

I think he'll be great for them. Man not only has talent but drive.
Sporting have had loads of great players over the years but none had the impact of Fernandes. He carried the whole team for years. He was in the top 10 for most attacking metrics in the Portuguese league year in, year out. I hope I'm totally wrong, but as of right now the dude looks class.
Regarding Italy he didn't fail, he just wasn't amazing. A young kid in a new country, go figure.
Fuck it we got ballers ourselves, so I'm not too worried. Let's see how he does in the prem

People would have creamed their pants if he joined us but are now making out he is overrated?

I think he will be a very good player for United. I think at this moment we don't actually need him but it doesn't mean he is shit!
