It wasn’t that long ago it was actually yesterday or day before that someone tweeted JJ something along the lines of “ I bet that’s that then we won’t be getting a striker” and JJ replies “let’s see your cash then” implying he was very positive.

Think we could do a lot worse than Balotelli on a 6 month loan personally. He's a bit mad, but he's got a good goalscoring record in recent years.

While there is still optimism from JJ - we can remain hopeful that this window won't be a failure (in regards addressing our major weaknesses).

If he retracts that optimism shown last night then we can sulk.

A bit mad, as in, he set his house on fire by letting off fireworks in his bathroom and not realising that towels are flammable.

Balotelli's club president said at the start of December that he could leave for free during this transfer window. No idea if things have changed since he said it.

Brescia, who are at the bottom of Serie A. He's got 5 goals in 13 games there according to wiki, which isn't too bad when you're bottom of the league. He did well in France too.
