Levy lovers trying to minimising everything again.

Levy won't improve the team this summer.

He could have said I love this club and have no desire to ever leave as long as we comtinue to progress and show ambition

Its a delicate question and one where what he is could easily be twisted and he knows it

But as others have said its his usual answer

Agree with every one saying he will stay for the next season. That potentially will be his last one though.

You can't blame him he is hitting his prime age wise and so needs to be at a club competing and winning, just finishing top four isn't his idea of what he wants to show his grandchildren when their older.

Some times as club I do feel we shoot ourselves in the foot so many times. I don't see any other club letting their players do these kind of live chats online. Now some throw away comment has been blown out of all proportion as its obviously a quiet news day. Surely the club should have at least has some one vetting the questions that Redknapp was going to ask?

To be honest I'm not sure I'd be overly happy with us ruining Kane's career if he we don't kick on and he stays with us forever.

I remember watching a Ledley King interview and he said his proudest moment was lifting the Carling Cup and I felt really gutted for him. I know he lived a life many couldn't dream of but a player with his talent should have won more. With Ledley though I can kinda accept this given his injuries meant he owed us as we looked after him.

With Kane he has been top level and deserves to be remember as one of the greats. Like Bale and Modric, perhaps that can only be achieved by leaving us. We are like that toxic partner that you know is holding you back but you still have feelings for and think they will come good!

Abaumayang did one yesterday apparently with another footballer. No idea if anything contentious was said.

Sorry but he knows the questions he’s gonna be asked. No need to put himself in that situation. Personally I don’t care about any player staying or going it’s part of football. I think it’s pretty poor on Kane’s doing a live chat with a sky sports pundit during this climate, he knows it’s gonna create headlines even if it was that he’s staying forever. We need leadership from the captain of the nation game not this nonsense.
Did you watch the live video, wasn’t at all anything bad, he talked about advice he’d been given when younger, best goals/ moments talking about debuts and giving advice to younger players.
The only ever so slightly controversial thing he said was what is being picked up in the media , but it’s nothing which he hasn’t said multiple times before

I can't argue with a player wanting to leave if the club's process is stagnating. I have no problem with Kane stating this.

Kane's ambition makes him a player who will give 100% in order to win, which helps Spurs win games.

But Kane's ambition makes him a player who may ultimately leave Spurs to win things.

Can't really have one without the other.

Good players tend to be ambitious.

Yes fortunately for the club and us fan's king saw out his career with us due to the injury he had, without it he would have gone long before and been a success such a waste of a talent.

I get where you’re coming from but it isn’t like he’s not had the chances to win things with us.
