You honestly chat the most shit on this forum. You start rows constantly, and you’re ALWAYS wrong. You could start a fight in an empty room and still get beaten the shit out of. Fuck me, what a bore.
Oooooh, such anger from you.

When Tanguy turns up and plays well, I'll change my tune.

As for all the nasty things you said about me, boo hoo mate.

It’s not anger - you’re the one “fucking” this, “fucking” that. I’ve gone into about 8 threads this week and every one you’ve been in trying to argue with people.
This week? It's tuesday and I've not posted half as much as you're making out. Don't be weird.

He's been praised with regards to his application, isn't it important to give a player a little confidence boost especially given his circumstances to know he's heading in the right direction? 2-0 up 10 minutes to go, even a few minutes just get on the pitch and show some trust in him to close the game out.

No he's told the media he's happy with his application, that could just be for appearances sake and putting on a united front. For all we know it could be very different in private.

Maybe that approach was tried already, didn't do much good, and it's now make him jump through hoops and see how badly he wants it?

But again, I just don't find this surprising given how the state of play was pre-lockdown, it was clear Mourinho was fast running out of patience with him. That doesn't just suddenly go away.

Fucking typical how many years we were crying out for a top central midfielder - FINALLY sign one and now all of this shit.
Part of the problem, I think, is that he's not really a CM - at least not in the PL. He needs to play as an attacking mid or off the striker, imo.

I wouldn’t say no to swapping Ndombele for Coutinho. We need creativity in the 3 man midfield... just look what a difference Lamela made in comparison to Alli. Having say:

Lo Celso-Sissoko-Coutinho
or
Lo Celso-Hojbjerg-Coutinho

is a damn sight more balanced than playing Winks, Ndombele or Alli.

Right. Seeing as there are some among us who believe LITERALLY EVERYTHING they read... You going to take this for face value and believe there is no issue now, yeah? Can’t be a hypocrite and contradict yourself now...

Albeit different quality he reminds me of Zokora and KP-Boateng... they just just didn’t fit in to our system. As per my other post with need a creative central midfielder to flourish. Lamela plugged a hole in the 2nd half, Lo Celso can play there but he reminds me of Modric in that he runs the midfield. Eriksen used to be our link between midfield and attack and we were awesome going forward prior to Eriksen refusing to sign a new contract.

I love Sissoko's attitude and he seems to be a real team-player, but he is objectively very limited as a footballer and I often wonder how much we've compromised the team by having to crowbar him in, often as a result of having no other options when others were injured.

He's a physical unit and quick, but we've badly missed having control and creativity in the middle of the park.

Jose has never been one to lie to the media just to placate a players ego, he has consistently let the media know if he is unhappy with a players application, he scorned Shaw in the media mere weeks after he came back from a broken leg so I don't see how it could be for appearance sake and we have to trust what he says at face value.

The noises we were hearing from the like of Alasdair Gold were positive and that Spurs have no intention to sell with Jose then voicing up himself. So it sounded like lockdown was a turning point. There's always a carrot and a stick approach to dealing with players and we need to find ways to keep him heading in the right direction, egos need to be massaged even if it's just getting back on the pitch.

Evidently he's the exact sort of players we need considering we needed an own goal to open up a poor west ham team so we should be trying to integrate him sooner rather than later.

He'll probably get game time in one of our up coming three matches in six days time period.

If he does, I'm sure everyone will watch his performances pragmatically. If he doesn't, then the journo who has been pushing this story will have been right and we'll all have our answers.

£50 mill for him is looking like a lot of cash for no end product.

You're twisting that extremely, he said that him and Eriksen had a conversation and had an agreement on how to move forward and could rely on his professionalism.

If he doesn't get game time that doesn't automatically mean the journo was right. Maybe he's carrying an injury or something.

Have our other central midfielders made themselves undroppable? Winks? Dele? Sissoko probably the best of them.

He’s new to the league and needs game time to adjust.

i can’t see where your evidence is to support the conclusion that it’s his own fault...
I vastly prefer the theory of Ndombele to Sissoko or Winks but those two at least run themselves into the ground for the team, as does Dele (who has more than enough credit in the bank considering what he’s shown he’s capable of across several seasons). Ndombele has shown that he has unbelievable ability but also that he runs out of puff after a quarter of the match. That is why it’s his fault, because that is inexcusable, regardless of adapting to a new league.

I’d have no issue with him being off the pace (besides, I don’t think we wasn’t) and out of rhythm, what I have issue with it people raging about him not playing and saying that it’s because Mourinho doesn’t like flair players. Today we started with Son, Dele, Lucas and Lo Celso on the pitch, what a bunch of workhorses right? No, they’re all attacking, skilful, entertaining players. They just also happen to have shown themselves to to be dedicated, professional and hard working. Ndombele didn’t with his fitness levels, so that’s why it’s on him. He might have addressed that now, but that gives him no divine right to play, he’ll play if and when the manager trusts that him to play and if that never happens, well he should’ve been able to last a half of football when he was needed to while our squad was decimated by injuries pre lockdown.

I seem to remember him being pretty honest in his first interview before the West Ham reverse fixture, saying that Eriksen needed to work out what his priorities were

Well cornholio never underestimate peoples abilities to take peoples literal words and then make their own subtext up.

Bit like Gio's one? Possibly, but two games on the bounce made the bench and not gotten any time on the pitch? ... I won't debate it, you'd be the ninth person I've argued with this week.
