Clearly the question has to be posed in very simple terms.

Do you think it requires one of the most highly paid managers on the plant to deliver the results we are currently seeing?
Two wins, a draw and a loss since the restart ... Did you expect more? You can only earn three points for a win.

His comments on sonny and Hugo are amazing ?!
I kinda liked it. Most of the players in our team have no fire in their belly. When they're getting results, they're on top of the world. But when the going gets tough, far too many of them go missing. Jose would have noticed this, and is probably doing his level best to get them to actually put their asses on the line. But for some of them, that's just not in their mental make-up. So, yeah, I'm sure he like seeing the captain, actually acting like a captain, and blowing up on one of the players. Shows that they care.

When he was appointed I listed 5 objections clearly here (Nov 13):

So far we have a mixed record but he certainly looks to be continuing his average record since Inter, he has definitely served up turgid football, and he has failed to bring along those players with world class potential (Ndombele and to a lesser extent Sessegnon and Foyth).

The worse thing about how this looks likely to unfold is that it was all so painfully predictable. Because I did. He still deserves more time but it is not looking great...

I would ask why Poch who is notorious for his teams fitness levels couldnt get our record signing fit. Also having had foyth here for as long as he has been. Why wasnt poch playing him regularly. Lets not act like they were pulling up trees under the old boss. Sess was out injured but hardly got a look in when fit. Lets be honest here. The players were terrible for a nearly a year under poch. It wasnt poch of 16/17 17/18 that got sacked. Potential is one thing. Desire is what makes you succeed. Jose has shown that with Lo Celso

Long gone are the days of free flowing football, he has to get us scoring more goals somehow, every game we are letting our opponents within a chance

Sneaking a win at home to the team in 10th? Is not going to change my mind after witnessing the mist negative boring dross ive seen at spurs. It was only a few weeks ago he was getting schooled by Chris wilder.

We have issues with the playing squad but I absolutely don't think that this is the best you could get out of them.

Not only that, but we were a bit crap that whole CL campaign. Llorente and Lucas had some purple patches that got us there out of nothing. Incredible really. I can't really think of any one game we were decent in really, save for a few 10-15min spells. I think it's the least convincing I ever saw us play in our few campaigns in the CL, and I still have no idea how we bodged our way to a final.

That’s fair enough but he has also got us a draw against man.u and liverpool and a win against man.city and wolves so not too bad going against the top sides really apart from Vs Chelsea

On the topic of Klopp.

People have questioned why we have to be so defensive and that Klopp instilled his pressing system from day 1. That's true, he did.

But people need to realise that pressing is one of the easier aspects to instill into a team. It can be programmed in training very early and most teams will see a lift in motivation when a new coach comes in. A perfect ingredient for the press.

However, Klopp's first season was full of huge wins, huge defeats, throwing away 3-0 leads, losing 1-0 because they couldn't break teams down.

His second season was marginally better but not too much.

Even in his third season they threw away leads and we hammered them 4-1.

He was adament he would not be drawn into spending big. But finally admitted defeat and spent over 200m (Keita, Fabinho, VVD, Allison & Robertson) to completely renovate his defence. He then finally adapted his defensive system, not so gung ho, less heavy metal. If he hadn't he'd likely be still lightyears behind City.

The season they got to the CL final every one was questioning whether he was the right man and comparing his record to Rodgers.

Jose is a different coach, he prefers to lay the foundations first, get the defensive structure in place. Make sure defenders know their defensive responsibilities and positioning. Build a strong mentality. The expansive football comes after.

Last time out at Chelsea, his first season was not the best. Lots of scrappy wins, lots of bore draws in big games, a few games where his defence lost control. Second season he found the defence he trusted, added Fabrgeas and Costa and completely blitzed the league.

Add in the 110m they spent on mane salah and wijnaldum. He really did rebuild the whole side. People are so short sighted. He was backed. Levy has to back our gaffer

Anyone who accepts that performance where we created nothing and we scored a goal by mere fluke. We looked awful, Jose is long gone you just have to see how thin is skin is now a winner does not bite at every criticism. Levy has hired us the worst manager in his tenure as chairman. Jose will be the end of Spurs competing for anything, this is a man who has moaned and mopped his whole time as Spurs Manager. We have got worse throughout his tenure, we may have won today. But don’t kid yourselves he does not have the heart for it and has the weak mentality that he has accused the players of. OGS will be Man Utd manager longer than Jose will be Spurs Manager.

Lets see how long it takes Ole to match the 2 trophies Jose won in his time at United then. Or how long it takes to get them to 2nd in the league. Both things the dinosaur of english football achieved. Im not sure who you think could have come in, in the situation we were in and sorted out the mess we were in. If your answer was to keep Poch and back his rebuild request then thats fine, but that totally negates your hatred for Jose as you cant say the squad needed a rebuild under poch but then say jose should be doing a lot better with the squad when he has out performed the guy he replaced. Make your minds up. He lost his forward line after a run of good results and it killed our season. Kane is only half fit as it is now. We need to get to the end of the season. Clear our heads and recruit in the areas that clearly need work. FBs DM back up to Kane as a must. Judge him end of next season. Do people honestly believe a Jose team gets beat 7-2 at home.

Add 40m on Oxlade Chamberlain just to sit on bench and improve the HG quota ...
Exactly they changed 90% of squad. Taking players like shaqiri purely to sit on the bench for 15m. Klopp certainly didnt build his now success at liverpool out of nothing. Hopefully we get there however i doubt we will without some sort of investment

Poch did not get to start the rebuild. We signed Lo Celso and NDombele never settled in. Then there was Levy’s interference in transfers and signing Sessingon and Jack Clarke. That would have been £40m we could have spent on full backs.

So if poch needed a rebuild why is Jose given such a horrible time. His performances have actually gained more points. The rebuild needed to happen whoever was in charge

Jose will be with us until Harry goes knocking on Levys door. That will be the death knell. Just like he did with Poch. We have a right bunch of moaners and levy encourages it.
