I am consistently surprised by the fact he isn't in his late 30's, he has had a very tough 31 years by the looks of things. I don't watch la Liga at all, so no idea how he has been performing. Having said that, if the choice is not getting someone in or getting Costa, I would take him. We cannot continue to run Kane into the ground or rely on players who are not really strikers if his ankle gives up.

He is a bastard but that is not a bad thing for our squad - as the teaser trailer for the new Spurs car crash tv show states "good guys win nothing". If i had my pick of bastards on high salaries though i would throw money at Suarez, similar pay packets and a bit older but his stats for the past 4 years have been phenomenal and he wouldn't be a bench warmer but in rotation with Kane and Son up front. Same wages as Kane for 3 year contract. Do it Dan, get some bite in the team!

No way, He played against us in the battle of the bridge. The hate i had for that chelsea team lasts forever. He's tainted scum, impossible to clean up. Besides, if he played for us the same way he played for those scumbags he WOULD get sent off every match, gaurantee'd.

I would love it if we signed that wrinkly bastard! It’s about time we had a proper villain in the side.
