Until the contract is signed nothing is done. If the medical highlighted an injury which could be a persistent issue for the season there is no way Levy will go through with it. Paying a player 200K+ a week with an injury that could be a persistent problem for the season.
You are right, we don't know. The ITK's have been wrong before. Don't know why fans who are concerned this is taking so long are being neg repped either. It's a genuine, reasoned concern.

Jesus Trix and Dragon both say it is done as of yesterday.... signed sealed etc but because there's no teary eyed video yet Bale must be a cripple and we are obviously only signing Reguilon to be Bales caddy so that's off too.
