I wouldn't be surprised if Jose planned on Kane and Gio coming on for 30 minutes from the start. Good to get them some minutes since we didn't play Tuesday.

With that said, the performance has been terrible from a handful of players but Lamela has looked good.

The level of performance in these Europa games have always been the same going back to when it was Jol was in charge.

Not something you can really level at the manager.

As a club we have always tried to coast these games.
