All very casual. Impossible to maintain intensity for a full match but we do seem to have little 10 minute spells where we completely take our foot off the gas.
+ for Reg, Moura, Lamela, Vini, Davies and Hojbjerg.

I expect some will disagree but I expect more from Bale, even if he was at 50%. Early days to jump to any conclusions but a player of his quality should be putting his stamp on the game regardless if he is lacking some match fitness.

Definitely wouldn't be rushing to start him come Monday

Lo Celso for Hojbjerg in the second half. Lamela and Lo Celso attacking with Winks staying back in midfield. Give Hojbjerg some rest for Monday.

Ideally we go up 4-0 and bring Cirkin on for 10 minutes. I'd like to see him.

He doesn't look match fit, he was blowing after that quick burst around the defender where he was fouled
