Not sure I agree with that. We have an opening on the left as a Son heir but on the right we already have Johnson as our young player with potential to battle it out with Kulusevski. Both would be overkill in my opinion.
We need to get as many in as possible with Levy obviously suffering from amnesia at the moment.

Don't see any reason why we shouldn't go for Nusa and Rowe, loaning both back until the summer. I know you're talking £50m-60m but that's the right and left wingers sorted for the foreseeable future, Son's replacement sorted and if one doesn't work out, chances are the other will.

Forget Rowe, sign Nusa and then go and get Johan Bakayoko.

I was aware of his name, but never followed his career before.

I thought he would have been playing consistently already.Seems he barely played 1000 minutes in league football. Most of his end game time & end product is coming from national team games.

So, loan back to Brugge is good for his development, as long as they commit to play him.

How much ever talented he may be, he still needs game time to develop.Belgian to Premier league would be huge jump for a 18 yr old. If & when we buy him and get him in summer, I hope the expecation is kept to minimum
Happy to be corrected but I believe he's been struggling somewhat with a back injury. Apparently the main reason for him not playing more as he's supposedly been pretty fire whenever he's played.

Very positive talks with Brugge about concluding this deal and nusa has accepted the project. It’s not done yet but it’s heading that way we want it wrapped up asap.

There’s still a window for some disruption but club are trying to close that window asap

Worth keeping in mind that this season he had two back injuries that has somewhat disrupted his campaign. In total he missed 8 games and obviously there was the time spent getting back up to speed once fit again. Aside from that he’s an important part of their team ether as a starter or sun and there is a reason they don’t want him leaving this window.

But like you say he’s still very young so it’s vitally important we don’t overhype his current level and get disappointed when he doesn’t turn out to be Messi mk2 at only 19.
Messi was messi mk1 at 19 so I doubt people will expect those levels

Club close to new jackpot: Tottenham wants to pay more than 30 million for Nusa, who would finish the season in Bruges

The deal has not yet been completed, but Antonio Nusa appears to be on his way to Tottenham. Club Brugge is conducting far-reaching negotiations with the English club, which would loan the Norwegian winger to blue-black for another six months.

Barring any surprises, the cash register will soon ring again for Jan Breydel. If everything goes according to plan, Spurs will pay around thirty million euros for Antonio Nusa this winter. An amount that can still increase through bonuses. At least if the talks continue in the right direction - Club Brugge is currently conducting far-reaching negotiations with the number five in the Premier League.

Not Chelsea, but Tottenham seems to have the longest end in the Nusa dossier. In addition to them, Arsenal and Liverpool also showed interest in the Norwegian international last summer, for whom Club refused an offer of thirty million euros from Chelsea on the final day of the summer mercato. Earlier last summer, Nusa and his entourage had decided to stay in Bruges for one more year. That will almost certainly be the case in the end, despite his impending transfer. Spurs want to keep Nusa at Club for another six months before he moves to North London.

The intention is that Nusa's transfer will be completed within the foreseeable future. Nothing will change for the winger on a sporting level in the coming weeks - he will continue to do his thing for blue-black. He is very close to his dream transfer to the Premier League. “The best and most beautiful competition in the world,” he said recently during an internship. If the transfer is completed, Club will make another big move. After De Ketelaere, Wesley and Kossounou, Nusa would be the fourth player in five years to leave for more than 25 million euros.
Sounds good, but genuinely cannot see this happening - £25m Stirling, seems a hell of a lot. Think we’d want a deal between £20-£25m and don’t think Brugge will go with that.

It’s been mentioned a few times that the price will be around £22m.

So when do we get the news about other team coming to try to hijack this deal? Because when it happens we know we're close.

disagree. i find the approach for potential very different to an established player (may already be that tbh). you're buying potential hence even if brugge want to go to 30m, so be it. There's a reason you go after these players in the first place, the signing is what matters, not the price. Established players you can get your second/third choice, etc, not here. If you want the potential, you pay whatever for it.

Need to seal it this window. Too many clubs sniffing around in the summer would reduce our chances.

Hopefully we get an agreement.

25m for one of top 3 18 year old LW prospects in world football?

Absolutely fine to me.
