Ticket map was showing quite a few seats available for the Saracens game but looks not far from a sell out on the TV , lots of compliments again for the stadium , one of the commentators said he was Woolwich but loves the stadium.

They said on the radio it was about 55k fans in there, which will be good for filling out pockets with the beer and food money alone.
Rugby fans love to eat and drink.

Great turn out and I believe there were no trains Liv St to Enfield , so pleasant walk down the High Rd for a lot of the crowd.

Email today about works starting on the hotel at the south end of the stadium - nothing to exciting, but signs of progress I guess.

As a Season Ticket Holder in our South Stand, we should like to inform you about some changes you may notice on upcoming matchdays upon arrival and departure from the stadium.

Construction is shortly due to begin on a new hotel at the south of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium campus. Planning permission for a hotel was granted in 2016 as part of the original Northumberland Development Project plans, with plans for a 30-storey hotel consisting of 180 rooms and 49 residential apartments approved by Haringey Council in December 2023.

Fans arriving at the stadium via Park Lane for our upcoming game against Luton (30 March) will notice hoardings in place. A lift has also been removed from one of the staircases located on Park Lane, and there will be a small reduction in the number of food and beverage units open on Park Lane Square.

At following fixtures, one staircase leading to Park Lane Square and the South Stand entrances will be replaced by a new, temporary staircase. However, access routes via the other staircases will remain unchanged. Lift access to these areas continues to be available via the lifts located on the High Road and Worcester Avenue, near the south-west and south-east corners of the stadium respectively.

We will ensure that supporters are kept informed about any additional changes during construction. Please be assured that no construction will take place on matchdays, and we do not anticipate that there will be any major disruption to your matchday experience.

Thank you for your continued support.

Kind regards,

Tottenham Hotspur

I always think that it doesn't look like there's enough room for a huge hotel. It will be crowding in on the stadium anyway. :-(

More housing? Good. We need more of that, please. London rents are insane. I know it doesn't even come close to what we need, but at least someone is trying to build new housing in the capital!

So is this hotel just the tall building on the left of that photo? Or the whole thing?

How long do we think this will take to build? 18 months? 2 years?

I am curious to see how they price the hotel. The area isn't particularly nice, so it might just be the die-hard international fans who book the place out or fans for the various concerts we have.

They will be very convenient for that, so they will charge premium prices.

It is the tall building on the left , the Euros are in 2028 so maybe they hope to finish it before then but not sure how many matches the stadium will host and how much use it will get.
I believe the hotel foundations and basement car park are already in place , finished when the stadium was built.
Smaller building to the right is the extreme sports centre and the three to the right are the residential blocks.

Do you know if they are constructing all those buildings now or is it just the hotel on the left and the others will be later?

For now it’s just the hotel. The others only have outline planning permission, so would expect them to change in the coming years
