Would be great if Luton could stay up.

They've given it a real go to be fair.

They are only able to stay up due to point deductions, quality wise they are not good enough!

But would be amusing still if Everton went down instead.

My predictions for the remaining games:

Newcastle 3pts
Arsenal 3pts
Liverpool 0 pts
Chelsea 1pt
City 0 pts
Burnley 3pts
Sheff United 3pts

Gives us 73 points. 5th should be guaranteed in theory, 4th is touch and go.

We are capable on paper of getting something against City and Liverpool. More likely City. Given the reverse fixture against Liverpool they will play like a team possessed and their fans will be well up for it - so cannot see us getting anything from Anfield.

Always a danger of Spurs goggles in these situations - would obviously love us to beat Woolwich, but with our defence, and inconsistent front line I think the best we can hope for is a draw.
Apart from that I think you are pretty much spot on, so 71 points I reckon, which should get us 5th, but maybe even 4th.

If it's fast and consistent it'll be an improvement.
For me, if it's just fast it'd be an improvement. If pundits could stop obsessing about whether an armpit hair is or isn't a millimetre over an imaginary line, that'd also help!

I'm up for anything that makes things a bit quicker.

Sounds quicker and simpler but at the same time I don’t like the game becoming to scientific, part of the beauty of football is refs and linesmen etc getting decisions wrong and fans being able to discuss and debate these, if every decision is correct then there will become nothing to discuss.

Don't worry when you start having moments like this as offside there will still be plenty of discussion.

Darren England gets his first VAR assignment since the Great Liverpool Offside Robbery of 2023. Good luck West Ham-Fulham.

Have Anfield and Old Trafford now installed big screens to show VAR , wasn't that long ago that they were the only stadiums not to have screens.

The technology will provide quicker and consistent placement of the virtual offside line, based on optical player tracking, and will produce high-quality broadcast graphics to ensure an enhanced in-stadium and broadcast experience for supporters.
