The truth is it doesn’t matter who we want to win today, us wishing for something won’t make it happen.

We need to come to terms with the chance they are going to win the league unfortunately. ****s.
As sickening as it is to admit, it’s no fluke for them being involved in another title race.

Patience from the fans, backing from the board and a squad in the manager’s image will hopefully get us to those levels in a season or two.

I know this is an unpopular view but I would Spurs failed to get CL than Arsenal won the title.
Arsenal aren't going to win the title because they beat villa today. If they win, it puts everything in our hands, including derailing Arsenal's title aspirations.

It's unpopular for a reason, because it's daft.
well yes and no I guess.

We have been in the CL many times before, so it doesn't have the same exhilaration as it once did. Around 2005/6 I had despaired of us ever even qualifying, which is why when Crouchie scored that goal I, we, all of us went absolutely mental.

Right now I'm looking at this from a pain-pleasure calculus. Would us getting 4th give me more pleasure and outweigh the anguish caused by seeing them lift the title, and then rub our noses in it for years and years until we eventually win it if we ever do.

That's where I'm coming from. I'll get over coming 5th a lot quicker and with a lot less pain than seeing them winning the league

many others I know will disagree, and fair enough, but that's how I feel

Villa commit 8 men to every attack, create nothing then gift Arsenal a wide open counter. Going to be 4-0 soon if they don’t change it

Arsenal's run in isn't especially easy. Wolves away and United away won't be easy and Chelsea could be troublesome at home. Rest of matches pretty straightforward though 🧐

Because they gave 3 defensive players on the pitch in torres, carlos and konsa. The rest are all attacking players
