My family member has had their season ticket deferred but the club has refused mine despite the fact that she drives me to the matches. The reason they have given is it is because we do not live at the same address.
I am trying to debate with them now.
Can't see it myself I'm afraid....they will still employ the same staff on minimum wage who don't have the authority to challenge anyone who might say they left it at home. If the stadium's are anywhere near full capacity it is impossible for them to check everyone's IDs thoroughly in my opinion
Did you ever hear back?
I noticed on the email I sent - the auto-email closed the query automatically!

Completely agree on this - the person I go with has a health condition so should be able to defer but I doubt I will be able to defer. I'll either end up going on my own or wasting the money and leaving an empty seat
I have the scenario that I normally go to a game with a family member who has a health issue so probably will not go. I am wondering what they will do if they allow her to defer for a year but will not allow me - I might be stuck going by myself.
