Yep he was which was why Levy brought him at the last min (Did not want to pay full wages for an injured player apparently) Just seems strange that everyone we brought has suffered from something in their beginning weeks.
Against Bayern Munich KWP had a decent game and actually muscled a few players off the ball to the point where even the commentators were talking about it. I think he will be a great right back in the future for us but we need backup and someone he can learn off.
Anyone seen him play before? Any idea on what hes like?
At this rate I will take anyone who can help out Kane and take the weight of his shoulders. This is looking like a possible buy as its been reported on a few other websites as well.
Think we should be looking at younger and more energetic strikers who have played in the EPL.
Llorente would be a Soldado style buy running a risk on signing an older unproven striker in the EPL. We done this with Soldado and are yet to see 26 millions pounds worth of quality.
Would rather...
Totally agree have watched him play for Porto quite a few times and have always thought I would love to see him play in the Premier League. He's quick got an eye for goal and also pretty skillful.
Offer this lad a contract extension asap. Him and Mason in the middle are looking like two young and hungry passionate midfielders who are up for a top four fight.
Another Arsenal reference from Sherwood. Before he mentioned Berkamp now Cole who will it be next?
The last thing we want to hear is about arsenal players who have adapted well. If he kept his pie hole shut more often then maybe fans would not want him to get the chop.
