    Seriously this needs to be the top priority in the summer. Walker can be a quality player but the rest are just poor. Rose and Naughton simply arent good enough, even as backups tbh. Just so thick and cost us goals left right and center.

    Many seem to think we need another striker in Jan if Defoe is off. Benteke would seem a pretty good fit for us. Many wanted him in the summer. Hes out of form and probably would be cheaper than previously as he is not flavour of the month. Would it be a good move for him in Jan?

    One major thing I am optimistic about

    Is our squad. I genuinely look forward to watching our attacking players being allowed to play free flowing football. We have the squad but this feels very Ramosesque at the moment. Hopefully we have another Harryesque period following this - we certainly have the players for it.
