So... been eventful!

Thus far, after just two days of matches, QPR were dumped out by Burton, Villa by Orient, West Ham done over on penalties by Sheffield United (that must've been sweet) and, how can we not mention, United by the New Age Wombles.

That's some serious scalps already hung on the wall, but it does lend massive support to those who say the Premier League teams no longer take the competition seriously.

Who have we got? When? I've looked at the fixtures briefly but can't see it (actually, i looked on the BBC, then gave up, i'm lazy and kinda stoned, so someone do me a favor and fill in the blanks? ta x)

Nottingham at home! Not an easy test but at home should be okay.

All top 6 clubs at home, Swansea v Everton top draw.

We'll done Orient!

They even played a weakened side.

I feel sorry for the villa fans I really do and I like Lambert but blimey this is a side on the slide.

Could be down with QPR.

Only the teams that have no relegation threat take the cup even remotely seriously, and most of those have much bigger fish to fry and only go far because their second strings are better than most other teams' first strings. When half the PL is in serious danger of being in the relegation scrap if they have a bad run it doesn't bode well for the tournament.

Still, a nice "giant"-killing like Villa-Orient or MKD-Man U is good fun no matter how it comes about.

Very pleased for Leyton Orient, especially with their much - loved local rivals the Bingo Club losing the night before.

Anyone listening to the American commentary of the Liv game? "A take down".
That's a foul.

0-0 HT Shrewsbury. A great achievement.
Adam Smith playing for Bournemouth but Berahino not playing for WBA. I might watch a bit of that if Berahino comes on (if there is coverage)

Do they still have Marin in their books? At least Salah gets the odd game!
Marin was moved on I think, maybe on loan. They are just being bought so others don't get them. Us and Liverpool were chasing him.

Watching anyway. Smith great going forward. He should have had a pen then-ref has turned down 2 solid appeals and 1 that could have been given.
Smith with 2 passes inside the area that could have led to goals and 1 chance himself
