There weren't many times I could say that last season if I'm honest.... But I thought we were brilliant today, and this isn't me getting overexcited about just a home win over Norwich but more so over the signs that were visible today.

It just felt like an all round performance, everyone playing their part and to a high standard, something we didn't see enough of last season, it was refreshing. Soldado didn't look as isolated and could have had a couple today if it weren't for some good interceptions. We played some very good balls in from wide positions and of course scored from such a situation, and not only that but with Eriksen in the middle there was also a threat from down the centre of the pitch, as well as having Paulinho popping up in good central areas. I also thought Rose and Walker were excellent in supporting when going forward to. Plus we still even have Lamela to integrate into the team, who I thought looked a bit nervous against Arsenal but looked very confident in the few times he got on the ball today.

Basically I just thought we looked much improved from a lot of last seasons performances, and even though we had a very good season last year, today felt more like watching the Tottenham we all want to see and that we know. Last season we were very pedestrian at home especially but today we looked full of energy and creativity, as well as not letting Norwich have a sniff. Certainly moving in the right direction.

We are going to really destroy teams once we get it together. We will be a big scoring team.

Yea I agree, we used to have a couple of yearly thrashings at the Lane (3/4/5-0/1) etc. On today we are certianly capable of getting a few this season to. Was a much more gelled performance than what we saw at Crystal Palace for example.

What a great performance.
Just very pleased and optimistic COYS

The talk of league titles though is a tad silly at this stage.

Lost to the gooners then that international break feeling really shitty.........

Today was amazing, watching the football we played was a joy. I know it's "only" Norwich but we had a shape and a plan and excellent players all over the pitch just dominating them.

Eriksen at 10 is a match made in heaven, the guy is a spurs player through and through. The midfield looked tough as fuck.

The first goal really hinted at what could happen in the future, I love watching this team.

Very pleased with our play today. Really think that Erikson is the kind of player that can help bring out the best in our attackers, especially Soldado.

I'm one very pleased and extremely optimistic spurs supporter tonight as I think that this squad is only going to get better.
