1 point, 2 strikers, end of August dealings.

Was it worth it mr chairman?

How much is the difference between champions league and europa?

Good business?

You know he's not listening, right?

He's a very astute business man, not sure he's ever gonna change his modus.

I just hope when next season kicks off the major signings and sales are all made for once and we don't drop points at the start of the season against teams we shouldn't. This just for 1 year would be nice

It's the stadium, we have to balance transfers and stadium..And one way or the other we screw one of them up. It's a harsh truth but a truth nonetheless.

Got nothing against Levy. Think he is doing a stand up job.

The only thing I want from him is to sort out our transfers early in the piece. Sick of the last minutes deals!

Levy has definetley let us down. We need a team for 38 games not 36. We also wasted an opportunity in Jan to get us over the line. When the margins are as small as 1 point, we cant afford to do that.

Like I asked though what is the financial difference between 4th and fifth?

Maybe we just didn't have the money or the wage budget for a new top notch striker, ever thought of that?
No, as we played the season with 2 strikers. Whatever club, let alone one as rich and charging as much as Spurs, ever did that? Mind you, we have history: playing a season with 2 and a half strikers - Bent, Pav and Campbell and then having to bring back 2 of the strikers we'd sold last season.

not trying to attack our chairmen but i have agree that his thrifty ways and his obsession with last day dealings are a detriment to our success.

Also, where is this bloody stadium?

Wasted money on the Olympic stadium bid, how much?

Bad top level decisions costing us on and off the pitch.

If someone told me by the end of the season we would have 72 points I would have been over the moon. We are Spurs and we get #### luck thrown at us all the time! What we have achieved after losing so many key players is amazing! The amount of goals in the last 10 mins have saved us so many points we can't really complain. Buying a new striker may have left Bale out on the left where these last minute goals may never have happened. The only time I can find fault with AVB was when he thought it was a good idea to put BAE on the left wing at home to Fulham WTF!

I was posting this 6 years ago!

Finally everyone is seeing the pattern.

He shoots himself in the foot and it's all about ego.

are you suggesting the Moutinho and Damiao bids were fake?
Would be shocking, much like the ones for Aguero and anyone in Spain who claimed they were a striker.

Does leave you with the impression Spurs hierarchy are just chancers, addicted to ducking and diving on deals. I see Harry went on another splurge in January when given the funds. Does suggest he would have done similar, but presumably without as much recklessness, if he'd been given money for a striker the previous January.

Should of signed a striker.

There's no doubting it was a mistake.

He's going a great job though.
