When did Veira join?

Sorry the title is misleading. They joined before the start of the previous season as Wenger took over in September if I remember.

And they have not one anything since 2005 and their last league title was 2003-04. Once all of those players had retired or moved on and we moved into the pure Arsene Wenger teams they have won nothing.
