Yeah that documentary was quite shocking.

Is it any wonder that English football is in such a state??

Watched it on Ch4+1. No surprise really. But Robson's right, "Football is just a business" now. Quite surprised by his involvement. But not surprised at all about Fergie being mentioned.

Not anything in it really. Ok so they wanted to buy 2 clubs instead of one through investment funds. Big deal, it's business. Ok the guy knew A Furguson but I bet there are quite a few people who know him and throw his name about.
The FA can't do much really apart from ban Robson from getting a job in England. I doubt Man Utd will even sack him from his ambassador role, it's not the british fans he's showing his arse for, it's the big Asian business men who couldn't give a f**k about dispatches, but if they saw it would probably feel he's the go to guy.
If there were any match fixing allegations or money to be paid a secret fergy fund for loan players then it would be damning. But nothing to see here.

Actually there is one shocking thing about this. That's that someone would buy a club without knowing what financial state it's in. Wonder who the Gullivans went to to sell Birmingham  let alone Portsmouth.
