So Bayern won every game. Better than that, they were only behind for 14 minutes for the entire tournament. 11 minutes away to Olympiakos and 3 minutes away to us.

Dominant.

The only loser today is me that became emotional thinking about what we could've been if we had take our chance. Liverpool were there to be taken.

Will it stop hurting one day ?

Only if we win it in the future. I watched Juventus fuck up multiple CL finals over the years after 1996, and remember the Baggio penalty miss and Euro 2000 final which left me in tears (grew up in an Italian family of course). The only cure is to watch your team win again.

The cynics on here will say you're doomed in that case.

One of those players who's seems like he's been around for years, he looked 30 when he came onto the scene
I was looking at their squad presuming it would be ageing. They can probably get another 2-3 years out of this lot easily.

Add Sane and any other signings to that and they'll be scary as fuck. I know they're losing Perisic and Coutinho but still...

And they want Upamecano as well, perfect for their high line tactic.

Losing Perisic and Coutinho, gaining Sane. Boateng's getting old, replace with Upamecano probably.

Bayern aren't going to get worse any time soon.

Barca never found their passes, nor did they have any cohesion and tactially they were a mess, at times couldn't get out their own half, even Lyon for example exploited the space they left in behind better albeit they couldn't finish. PSG are better than both teams in defensive shape and pressing and releasing the passes to their forwards and I fully expect Neymar/Mbappe and Di Maria to do a better job of it.

Good to watch this from 2:10 which explains how PSG could hurt Barca unlike the other teams did.

And yes it is true, Barca are crap, save a couple of world class individuals, the team are pants.

Shame none of them could finish

They have an abundance of power and pace but they'll need to replace Thiago who's the one that links everything in midfield

And Bayern will sign Haland to replace Lewandowski.

Imagine having your closest rival in your league as your feeder club.

Adding Sane to that attack is just disgusting.

If any RB, this is the guy we should be going for. As posted, few games played and they got Pavard and Kimmich fitting that RB spot. Don't mean to go off topic. Just a digression..

He's been on loan from Real since January, only played a handful of games.

He had a breakout season with Sociedad in 17/18 but has played very little competitive football in the last two seasons, moving to Real didn't work although you can always point to the trophies won. I really don't know if he's any good.
