Gironde and Alonso always play so well against us .. just like Dele does against Chelsea but he is left out

Winks playing like he normally does by holding onto the ball for too long and getting himself into trouble deep in his own half. No one picking up runners from midfield and sitting inside our own half makes it so much easier for Chelsea to press high.

No surprises Winks is looking shaky with ndombele out there, carrying the fucker right now. What a fucking waste of cash, liability and a highlight youtube footballer, Aulas is laughing all the way to the bank.

Its like we are a league two side trying to do damage limitation from the first minute. Same as mid week

In Summer can we buy some footballers who actually have the touch of a professional? Amateur hour.

This is absolutely horrendous.

- short goal kicks, inviting pressure
- pissing about at the ball
- Winks losing ball in dangerous positions
- wingbacks that are actually playing as full backs and can’t get over the half way line
- no central midfield
- two cut off front players whom look dangerous when they get the ball once in a blue moon but have no support

Need an early sub and change of formation as we don’t look like scoring in a month of Sunday’s and we’re easily getting cut open at the back despite having 5 bloody defenders.

Absolute zero press on their midfielders when they have the ball, allowing them to pick the pass into their runners (see the goal).

We have to be more aggressive can't just drop deep and let them come to us. We're not good enough with the ball so as soon as we lose it we are vulnerable in the transition. Either the players need to drop quicker so the space behind is limited or they need to press quicker as a group to stop the pass going through. We seem to be stuck in between.

This has been sad to watch so far. We look completely shot without Kane and Son

I genuinely dont think it would look much difference with them available, and wasnt particularly free flowing when they were. Maybe Harry would hold it up for a second or two longer but ultimately the game plan would be the same.

Gonna be a long old end to the second half of the season, can't see where the goals are coming from in the next few months
