I think he is called Cashley because when negotiating a new contract with Arsenal he said that they verbally agreed to pay him £60,000 per week and when the contract was presented it was for only £55,000 per week so he turned it down and a short time later went to Chelsea.

I think he said he nearly crashed his car when he heard they offered him 55k. I think the might have caused some resentment.
