Yep. This club had the likes of De Bruyn and Mata already on their books before going out and stacking themselves 8 deep at the AM position.

All summer I've had the impression that most of SC don't want Benteke but now Chelsea have been linked with him that doesn't seem the case.

I think many had hoped that his signing would maybe be a lovely bonus after we had David Villa all wrapped up in a pretty bow.

I always though the price Villa would want for him meant it unlikely we'd be serious suitors, particularly had we managed to sign DV.

More concerned about how many goals he'd score whilst with us. If a Bayern or Barca want to double or triple our money for him in a couple of yrs, everyone will have been pretty happy in the meantime it's safe to assume.
