These stats are always dumb. He's not in the top 10 fastest at the club. Same way Rooney was never in the top 100 fastest players in the league but before they had him as top.

He looks to be a bit quicker this season. I think the fitness regime has really helped him physically. Seems to have a bit more acceleration but can't keep pace on long runs. Good for bursting past a player and picking a pass though. Shame he doesn't have many options in front to pass to.

Definitely, there were a few times against Burnley when he ran in behind and I was surprised by his pace. Maybe that's just because the rest of the team were so pedestrian.
