The Club has today published an updated Ticketing Charter following an internal review and discussions with our Fan Advisory Board (FAB) and the Tottenham Hotspur Supporters’ Trust (THST).

Tottenham Hotspur was the first Club to publish a Ticketing Charter in 2002, designed to establish clarity on the processes and policies for tickets for Men’s First Team matches.

Official Site 6 Mar 24

Tottenham Hotspur Supporters' Trust is dismayed by the Club’s plans to increase Season Tickets by six per cent and opposes any Season Ticket increase and the removal or reduction of Senior concessions, both of which are also opposed by the Fan Advisory Board.

Disappointed that they haven’t done more for away ticket allocation. The current system basically means the rich get richer and the poor get poorer

Think that they should look to do 50% as pure ballot and the other 50% on loyalty points. At least that gives everyone a chance.

At the moment its a closed shop.

Levy has been getting huge amounts of praise lately because he runs the club as optimal as possible from a business pov, and that has us in a solid position.

Well this is him doing just that. Can't have it both ways I'm afraid.

one hundred percent agree

Fed up that never get to an away match, via the club, despite being Season Ticket holder for 10 years now as never have enough points

Ignoring covid break, have missed 3 premier home games over that period, attended all European matches and around 70% of domestic cups.

There has to be a better way!!

Sorry have to disagree @Trix.

Levy can still run the business side of the club efficiently but that does not mean he has to allow the closed shop with regards away ticket allocation. The demand is there.

I was talking about the price increase more than the issuing of away tickets, and the word I used was "optimal" not efficiently. There is a difference.

I’m the same mate, I go to every home game and have done for years but my loyalty points are only around 200 so nowhere near enough for away tickets. I used to go to away games and I’d really like to take my son to one as it is a great experience but I just can’t see how it will ever be possible. I’ve looked at getting them through unofficial channels but the prices are unbelievable.

But that is the Spurs philosophy they are a club for the fat cats only now. Us peasants don’t count.

The board always seem to find a way of 'undoing' all the good will they build up. Yes the cost of living has gone up, we - the fans - know that better than Mr Levy and his gang. We certainly feel it more. I read somewhere that ticket prices make up a tiny percent of all our revenue. They could cut the prices in half, and we would still be one of the richest clubs on earth. They don't give a damn about the fans. Not really. And I suspect it's not just our club. But with us, the value for money is a joke. At least if the Goons did it, they win things and play great football. But that's not the point, prices should reflect ordinary fans.

Cost of operating goes exactly the same way.

I can understand increasing ticket prices in line with inflation, although it's tough on people on borderline incomes whose salaries don't automatically increase in the same way.

But I resent the reduction in concession tickets. I'm 30 years away from retiring but I'm wondering if it's worth paying my season ticket for years, only to be priced out when I reach pensionable age
