They don't look similar offences at all.
As well as not knowing at all what words were said by each party, Ancelotti seemed very calm, arms by side and in control of his emotions, as opposed to the 3 of our officials, who were arm gesticulating, pointing, all 3 having a go, came back for a second bite, and were basically out of control.
Can certainly see why Poch got a ban, and Ancelotti just a fine.
