What's new

Daniel Levy has offered his own idea: the WSL should become closed competition without promotion or relegation.

You not following women football isn't a problem. It's your attitude to women commentators. Most of them are as good or better than their male counterparts.
Fair enough, I'll take that on board, buts it's not changing my personal preference and that imo in the last two years has there has been a forced influx of female presenters/pundits/commentators for no other reason other than a tick box exercise, because the England woman's team has done well.

We have also been forced to listen to Michael Owen, Graeme Sounds and Patrice Evra. 3 awful pundits

I also don't follow the woman's game...I couldn't name a single player or the manager in our team or any other team for that matter....but then there is that Villa player in her white shorts....I'd watch her all day I imagine.

The female commentary does grate me but I imagine over time I'll except it. Right now my brain blocks it out. Same as I do for Carragher.....who i find extremely annoying. I don't want something forced on me and I actively look for commentary that won't lend to me not enjoying the game Carragher is one of the commentators I dislike...same goes for Sounnes and Roy Keane.

If this is true, it shows Daniel Levy's attitude to football. He sees it as an investment and a business and not a sport.

This attitude is killing football and I just can't stand the bloke.
