I'd also add, again based on the current batch of noise surrounding our striker search and our links the pool is dwindling either due to players looking likely to move else where, the fact that we're not interested at all or the fact we don't seem keen on price (in one or two links)

It's gone quiet, with no movement out of the existing squad as well, hmmm, wonder which target we're linked to next.
