I've renewed. They always pull me back in..

But obviously not sure when we'll get to use it again plus getting a flight over in the immediate future anyway is going to be a pain.

My brother has a few health issues and to be honest they have been really good we were in the Paxton previously and because he was on crutches for a while they moved him into the seats low down in the west stand (does anyone else still want to say enclosure) he spoke to the disability person - we moved into the Park Lane at the new ground and quite high up and though he has managed to get up there its been really difficult for him. He contacted the disability person and she was great including phoning me up to check that it was ok to move me -

When the lady came through and told me it was from Spurs I thought Mourinho had finally recognised my undoubted talent and had given up the search for a back up to Kane though tbh I was concerned if the new shirts came in 4xl as i do like them baggy and feel though I may not be quite as quick as I used to be my ability to point and shout a lot in between taking long deep breaths is one the side is desperately lacking

Great glad they helped! Nice to know

Renewed my Granddaughter's Junior membership , she is never going to get a season ticket but she is 109,998 on the waiting list just wonder how many of those will take up the offer of a ST when they get the email from Spurs.

Sounds like some cockerals coming home to roost. I can't help but think that if the STs had been around £700 for most seats rather than £1000, the club would have enjoyed much more goodwill through the stadium delays, teething issues and bad performances. And now the virus has struck, there'd be far fewer people who didn't even really want to renew having felt used and unvalued in recent years, and it would be a more viable proposition for those who did but are economically insecure - the club would be on a far more stable footing. Clearly they haven't learnt their lesson though, trying to blackmail members into renewing at full price when they can't even hope to get tickets - I don't think the threat of "you'll lose your points and your place on the waiting list!!!" will work for long.

Looking at membership renewals , had a look at what other clubs are doing, the Woolwich started theirs on July 14th , Chelsea coming soon according to their website same with Liverpool.
Most interesting renewal news though was Everton according to this article 98% renewals on season tickets but then they are not paying anything like the amounts we are asked for, assume the very high percentage of Everton fans renewing so they get seats when new stadium opens. https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/spo...erton-season-tickets-record-renewals-18696860

Renewed. As the 20% was more than covered by the credit, it was a bit of a no brainer.

Especially not since they implemented wiping out points year on year.

So it looks like about 20% on here haven’t renewed so I'd guess it’s not far off the actual figure Would be interesting to know the % of the existing 19k mugs that renewed v the more recent 23k mugs

I’m in the former category!

Looks like every club doing things differently on renewing ST's e.g WHU seems like you pay the full price on ST then get a refund on any games you can't attend

" NEW - Automatic refunds for every game you can’t attend due to social distancing measures " ,

in effect an interest free loan to the club !!!

Think I prefer the 20% option.

I do as well. But West Ham STs aren't exactly pricey. I wouldn't be surprised if 100% of their cheapest ticket was more than 20% of some in our ground. That obviously effects people's attitudes and reactions.

What I believe right or wrong is that if West Ham got themselves into the top six then there is no way Sullivan and Gold would carry on with these cheap tickets . It suits Brady Gold and Sullivan having cheap tickets as it allows them to have a pop at all clubs that charge much more than they do with us obviously at the front of there line to have a go at .
We all know that if they charged what Spurs and Arsenal did then there stadium would be more than half empty .

100%. I renewed on the last day only as my son has one too and it's a nice time together but if it was me alone I don't think I would have bothered. I have no goodwill left with the club whilst Levy is there. He just sees us as necessary evil. There is only so much shafting a man can take.

After 15 years as an ST holder, I reluctantly decided not to renew on principal.

I have a 5-hour round trip on public transport to get to the stadium. As I'm on the Covid-19 shielding list, there is no way I would be prepared to make the journey until a vaccine is developed (apart from medical appointments, I have not left the house since early March). I would have opted to defer the ST but objected to having to pay a non-refundable deposit.
