I suspect it's more £15m rising to something like £25m but a low initial fee with significant add ons makes the most sense for both parties given some of the discussion about his attitude. If he comes in and does well, £20m is an absolute bargain, but if he's not up to it then i'd bet we'd get at least 3/4 of our money back due to his HG status.
