This would be such a fantastic signing, but I just don’t see it happening. The transfer fee for a player his age and on the end of the contract aside, his wages have to be insane.

That’s just the Guardian’s gossip and rumour column, they don’t actually have an article about it.

I am at the end of my tether with you plebeians.

Pay €20m for him (not too different to eriksen) give him and 18month with additional year option and 200k per week and the promise that if China come knocking in the summer we will accept €30+m. He gets the assurance of a pay out if he wants it and also gets to see if he can cut it in the prem. we get someone to replace Kane for the season at least and slim hopes of retaining CL qualification

Having said that I can not see this happening. I can see him at Utd on 300k

No-one’s listening. And this is something that they will regret in time

No one's listening because twice-yearly transfer forum hysteria on SC is something a large number of us always look forward to.

It's why many of us joined this site in the first place, and what prompts us to throw a few quid in the coffers a couple of times a year.

It gets us excited about what could be, even if it rarely comes off, and transfer windows would be so, so much less exhilarating without these forums and the people on them. We love the mental rumours and the occasional reality-checking bitch slap from our resident ITKs.

Hell, I've been on here almost half my life as firstly a lurker and then a registered member thanks to ITK and the transfer rumour forums.

That's probably why someone masquerading as some tiresome, self-appointed police officer pissing on everyone's chips and trying to make the place a little more miserable for no clear reason gets the risible response they do.

The majority of us love this shit, and absolutely will not regret paying little heed to that dour gloom-monger.

Just my two penneth.

Reckon he’d come to us? I assume he’d want to play every week.. fine for this season but soon as Kane’s fit he’s back on the bench.. I’m fully aware for it even if we just pay a big 6 month loan fee
I think Kane plays too much and gets injured every season he needs to share the minutes and I think Jose would make sure that happened

The China train is over new contracts limited to something like 50k a week
