Apologies for posting here, i couldn't find a message facility on your profile - feel free to delete once you've replied/checked this out.

I appear to have been permabanned from the matchday chat room (admittedly for slightly over-zealous usage of a four letter word during a particularly frustrating game...). This seems a little harsh to me, as i'm not the kind of person to lay into folk etc., with my indescretions in this instance being wholly aimed at the team. I'll not misbehave again, i assure you. Any chance of rescinding the ban?

Wow, the holier than though brigade are certainly on their game today. Let's be honest, there'd be a real shortage of users if swearing/abuse in the chat room resulted in a site ban. For some reason the c word carries more weight than other lines of abuse, but i appreciate that and have given my assurances re: continued usage.

By the way, it wasn't for the one match, it was repeated violations, over numerous matches, and if you'd have used your forum username, instead of random player names, (if you're who I think you are), I'd have had a quiet word through the PM system before putting the AKICK in place against you, something to maybe bear in mind for the future.

People using their actual forum usernames are a lot less likely to end up banned in there.

Yeah, they've been disabled for ages. I occasionally switch them on when I want to get hold of someone privately and I don't have their email address, but they're off again after that interaction.

My Skype, email address and even a telephone number aren't that difficult to find though, (there's a link in the sig, or my name can be Googled, it's not difficult to work out what that is).
