N'koudou has had even less game time than llorente and managed to do more in 5 mins than llorente did in 90. It's not that he didn't perform to the standards of Kane, it's that he didn't perform to the standard required of a premier League striker. Ryan Babel put llorente to shame. Ryan. Babel.
Exactly, lack of match fitness can't help, sure. But to show the level of performance he did yesterday was inexcusable.

Nobody's expecting him to be Kane, but fucking hell at least do something and if you can't fucking score then at least be aggressive, put yourself about a bit and work your bollocks off. That should be the minimum expected.

He had a great opportunity to come in and cement a spot for the next couple of months, but it was as worse performance as i've seen from him. Really disappointing.

Now Son is coming early, my understanding was that we took Llorente off the transfer list due to the injury problems. I'd probably risk selling him now, we seem desperate for funds and I do like him as an option and can see the merits of having Son play off of him but with 6 months left and an opportunity to raise some much much needed cash along with a Non-HG spot, I'd probably take that risk.

Although if obviously the variables matter such as the fee and if we are going to fill that spot, if we are only getting something like 2-4 million I'd likely not bother selling.

With what he is reputedly earning I would expect we will have to give him away.

I heard that Bilbao are loaded but due to their basque policy, have a limit on what they can bring in, seems a win-win for everybody and given our circumstances we might be able to raise the price.

He's delivered again today with his knock down for Son. I suppose some will still be saying he's shit but what do they know? He's done well for us in difficult circumstances. Such an asset to have for the players around him. Bloody well done Nando.

Will they? I haven't seen a single person here or on Twitter calling him shit since the knock-down?

He’s recovered well from his Fulham nightmare and made us more threatening when he came on today. No point playing Moura up top when the defence is packed. Llorente is a much better option in that scenario

I feel like Jan used up all his good crosses in the 1st half and then decided not to attempt to cross when Llorente was on the field :ROFLMAO:

Llorente would be performing much better now if he'd been given more minutes since the start of the season i.e. trusted. Poch really only trusts about 13 or 14 players to start a game and that includes rotating full backs. Injuries could also perhaps have been avoided if subs had been brought on earlier in games that were 'done and dusted' very early e.g. vs Everton & Bournemouth.
